Over the past few years, while building themes and addons for the whole WHMCS ecosystem, we noticed and faced the common challenge that hosting providers and online businesses that communicate with users and customers weren't as easy as they should be.

This realisation leads us(ThemeMetro) to the creation of PopMate for WHMCS.
